Meraki Cancellation Policy

At Meraki, we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We do value your time and ours, and we strive to provide the best possible service. To maintain a smoothly operating schedule and ensure that all our clients receive the attention they deserve, we have established the following cancellation policy, which requires a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment changes.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Timeframe

 

Clients are required to provide at least 48 hours notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment. This notice should be given during our regular business hours.

Late Cancellations or No-Shows

Clients who fail to provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellation or do not show up to their appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee, which is the equivalent to 25% of scheduled service(s) for under 48 hours notice or 50% of scheduled service(s) for no shows.

Multiple Late Cancellations/No-Shows

Repeated instances of late cancellations or no-shows may result in clients being asked to pay for 100% of scheduled service(s) and being asked to prepay for future appointments or being unable to book future appointments.


Deposits and Prepayments

For certain appointments or services, we may require a deposit or prepayment. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the deposit or prepayment will be forfeited.

Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies may occur. In such cases please, contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. This will be done at the owners discretion.

Confirmation of Appointments

We send appointment reminders via text or email 2-3 days before your scheduled appointment. It is the responsibility of the client to cancel or reschedule the appointment in a timely manner.

Salon Cancellations

In the unlikely event that we must cancel your appointment for any reason, we will do our best to to reschedule your appointment at a convenient time or offer an alternative solution.

We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy, as it allows us to better serve all of our clients. We strive to provide high-quality services and maintain a punctual and organized schedule for everyone.
