CUSTOMER NOTICE

 

We reopen on Saturday 4th July 2020 for hairdressing services only. Appointments are now being taken via telephone call only by calling 01954 261856. Calls can be made Tuesday – Friday 9:30am – 7:30pm and Saturdays 9am – 4pm. For now, we will not be taking appointments via email/message/social media whilst we get used to our new way of working.

 

The health and wellbeing of our clients have always been our top priority. That’s why we are putting strict measures in place to protect you and our staff.  These include:

  • Our team will greet you without close contact. (No handshakes/hugs or kisses). We will be sporting face visors.

  • Please arrive for your appointment on time and wait in the car park for us to call you in.

  • We have closed our waiting area and some of our work stations to help maintain social distancing so please, where possible, come alone to your appointments. 1 Adult can accompany 1 child and it is the adult’s responsibility to ensure the child adheres to the health and safety measures.

  • On arrival you will be asked to wash your hands with soap and water or use hand sanitiser. We will provide these facilities.

  • Our team is following strict hygiene guidelines and we ask you to do the same – please place any used paper towels or tissues straight in the bin after use. Sanitise or wash your hands after coughing or sneezing.

  • There will be no magazines or newspapers to share between clients.

  • There will be bottles of water available for you to help yourself to but no tea/coffee or biscuits.

  • Team members will be sanitising all stations, door handles and bathrooms regularly.

  • Team members will be washing their hands and sanitising tools thoroughly between clients and appointments.

  • We ask you not to touch any of our retail products, if you would like to purchase any items please ask a member of staff to assist you.

  • Please pay with a card where possible instead of cash.

 

It is important to cancel or reschedule your appointment if:

  • You feel unwell

  • You live with anyone who is unwell.

  • You have been in contact with anyone who has typical coronavirus symptoms such as a cough, shortness of breath, loss or change to their sense of smell or taste.

  • You have recently travelled to an area with high infection rates.

 

We will be honouring our current pricelist when the salon reopens- but clearly as our operating cost to comply with the new government guidelines  has increased, whilst at the same time, our ability to maintain our normal client footfall will be reduced,  we will be reviewing prices after a few weeks of trading.
